At Sugar Rush La, each chocolate creation is handcrafted in small batches using high quality couverture chocolate and premium ingredients. Because our products are edible and perishable, all sales are final.

For the safety and freshness of our customers, we are unable to accept return, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been shipped or delivered.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

• Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Products not picked up, left outside, or damaged after delivery.
• Slight cosmetic imperfections due to the handmade nature of our chocolates.
