Shipping Policy

Every order is handcrafted and packaged with care to ensure your chocolates arrive fresh and beautiful. We currently ship within the United States from our Kitchen in Los Angeles, California.

Processing Time

All chocolates are made to order. Please allow 2-4 business days for production and packaging before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping times vary by locations:

• California 1-3 business days
• Other U.S. states: 3-5 business days

Expedited options are available at checkout.

Warm Weather Protection

To Protect our handcrafted chocolates, we may include insulated packaging and ice packs during warmer months. We recommend choosing expedited shipping if temperatures in your area are above 75F.

Sugar Rush La is not responsible for melted or damaged products due to: 

• Heat exposure after delivery. 
• Packages left outside or unattended. 
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier.
