Sugar Rush LA is a home-based cottage food business operating under the California Cottage Food Law. All products are handmade in a licensed home kitchen located in Los Angeles County, California.

Our chocolates are intended for personal enjoyment and gifting within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

 2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be completed at checkout before your order is processed.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available through Shopify.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as each product is made to order.

 

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Sugar Rush LA is not responsible for shipping delays, melted products, or items damaged after delivery.
